UrmO – the fold-able electric vehicle
Taking an electric scooter to the office, the shops or a cafe is a fun and green way to get around, especially in cities. But one problem that often presents itself is where to park it. With electric scooter theft so commonplace and bike parking not always available or suitable, it would be great if you could just fold up and easily carry your two wheeler with you, like a briefcase. Well, now you can, thanks to a novel design by UrmO. The fold-able EV company has strong credentials, they state that ex-Tesla and BMW engineers created UrmO. With 2 hour charging and 2 second folding(!)..the UrmO seems like a genuine game changer for portable EVs
Gocycle – a mission to reinvent the wheel
Gocycle are not too modest about their lofty ambitions. Founder Richard Thorpe, who left his design job at McLaren, no less, wants to “re-invent the wheel” with Gocycle. They have created an electric bike with lots of adjustment options, so that it fits perfectly for any rider. With neat features like folding pedals, Smart Phone mount, and PitStop lock, Gocycle may not have reinvented the wheel but successfully redesigned the electric bike for modern living.
Reevo – The hubless bike with dramatic looks
The first thing we notice about the Reevo electric bike is its stunning looks. The hubless bike is futuristic and will turn many heads. One thing we really love about Reevo are the lengths the company has gone to protect the bike from theft. There is a built in wheel lock, which is locked and unlocked by a fingerprint sensor. There are anti theft sensors and built in GPS. The Reevo has just about anything you could think of built in, including turn signals and brake lights. Finally, a company has thought of all things missing from a modern electric bike and packaged them all into a design beauty.
